The CR3W is a diverse group of high school and middle school youth with the focus on fun, fellowship and personal growth in their relationships with Christ. A positive peer environment that deals with the topics and issues affecting today's teenagers. We meet weekly and also go on short overnight trips during the year, trips that are both spiritually related (missions, service oriented) and fun (Orlando amusement parks, ski trips). Multiple high schools and middle schools are represented and we include all kinds of teens; athletes, cheerleaders, Goths, Honor students, special needs, black, white, purple and green!
We meet each Sunday from 4-6PM in the youth room of the Fellowship Hall building. Usual itinerary is fellowship and fun activities from 4-5, supper from 5-5:30 and devotion/discussions from 5:30-6PM.
Light, easy meals prepared or obtained by church member volunteers for the young adult, youth, and children's ministries on Sundays from 5:00 till 5:30 in the fellowship hall. Volunteers are partnered up with others, so no one has to do this on their own. Typical meals are hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, pizza, sloppy joes, easy dessert or snack with food expense reimbursement available. To volunteer, contact Marsha Bilbrey.
On Sunday mornings at 9:00, Sunday School is offered for children, youth, and adults. The Youth Class uses Cokesbury's Grow, Proclaim, and Serve Literature.
